[Problem]
Neighbors often feel disconnected and unaware of what’s happening in their local community. Important updates, help requests, or opportunities to connect can get lost, leaving residents isolated.
[Solution]
Our neighborhood app brings neighbors together in a safe, private space. Users can share updates, ask for help, exchange items, and stay informed about local events - making communities stronger, more connected, and supportive.
[Research]
For our research, we conducted a survey across various Facebook groups and held interviews with potential users.
[Personas]
Based on the survey results, we created user personas to better understand the needs, behaviors, and goals of our potential users.

The next step was to select a representative user based on the following criteria for our MVP, and then refine this persona to better reflect their specific needs and goals.
