Charity Gala
The design for both mobile and desktop was created for a hematological foundation's upcoming event. The foundation's identity is expressed through a carefully chosen color palette and visual elements that align with its mission.
My role involved designing and optimizing the app’s visual interface. This included crafting intuitive layouts, selecting suitable color schemes, and ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience across different screens and interactions.

[Problem]
Users had difficulties accessing clear information about the charity gala, registering for the event, and engaging with the foundation’s mission, especially on mobile devices where navigation and clarity were limited.
[Answer]
The redesigned interface simplifies registration and improves information hierarchy. By creating a responsive, user-friendly experience supported with clear CTAs and storytelling, the project ensures better accessibility, emotional connection, and higher engagement.
[Scope]

[Research]
We observed and spoke with participants of previous charity events to understand their motivations, concerns, and challenges related to event registration and engagement.

Competitive Analysis:
We started with desk research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Surveys and interviews: They were conducted with past and potential attendees to gather insights on their expectations, motivations, and barriers related to gala participation and online registration.

Usability Testing: The earlier version of the gala website was tested with users to identify friction points in navigation, unclear calls to action, and areas lacking emotional impact. Insights from this testing directly informed improvements in the new design.
